In 1997 Matt Bray, while estimating for a local asphalt company, realized there was a huge need for a reliable and professional concrete contractor in the Tri-Cities area. The following year, World Concrete was born. Today, World Concrete is seen as a local leader in high-end residential, commercial, and light industrial concrete.
